Item Description

A lovely example of a very early Georgian silver hanoverian pattern spoon with slight ridge to the front and a double drop to the base of the bowl on its reverse. For a piece coming up to its 300th year of existence, it's in pretty good shape!
Crest and Motto combined such as we see here often indicates Scottish ownership
Length: 20.3cm (8 inches)


History

Crest is that of Campbell of Stonefield, Argyleshire
