A superb English porcelain plate, painted with a central crest of the LITTLEJOHN family of Camphill, Peterculter, Aberdeen, Scotland.
Motto, "In virtute tutamen". Blason: " Three arrows, one in pale, two in saltire, the points downwards or, barbed and flighted ppr, banded arg. Therefrom pendant a bugle horn or. Fairburns book of crests 1993.
Porcelain retailer Alfred B Pearce was active 1760-1940.
Measures approx 10 inches wide.
