Here is a superb pair of Berlin KPM porcelain plates. Hand painted with the arms of the Counts (Freiherr) VON SEEL family of PRUSSIA and Silesia, Germany. The star behind the arms may be that of the Prussia Star of Merit. Wonderful quality.
