Henry Winchester(1777-1838) was an Alderman ,Sheriff of London then Lord Mayor of London. He was Master of the Worshipful Company of Cutlers, and you can see them pictured in his arms. He married Elizabeth Ayerst and lived in Oakfield Lodge, Hawkhurst, Kent , as well as apartments in London.
Blason:
In front of a cross crosslet fitched or, a lion passant az., the dexter fore-paw supporting a mascle gu., and pendent from the mouth a double chain of the first.
Material: Porcelain.
Date: Circa 1835.
Dimensions: Approx 9.5 Inches across.
Condition: Perfect condition.
