Here is a superb pair of English porcelain plates / dishes probably Minton. Attractive central crest with a demi eagle, ermine. Recorded for the SMITH of Devon family. Motto translates "neither rashly nor timidly". Perfect for any discerning collection.

Date: Circa 1840, motto "Nec Temere Nec Timide"
Dimensions: Approx 9.5 Inches across.
Condition: Perfect condition.
