Item Description

Here is a superb Minton porcelain cup made for Princess Louise of Belgium (daughter of King Leopold II ) and Prince Phillip of Saxe Coburg and Gotha. It was part of a service commissioned by Queen Victoria as a wedding gift. A really beautiful little confection with turquoise enamel and gilding. They lived at the Palais Coburg in Vienna.

Material: Porcelain.
Date: Circa 1870.
Dimensions: 6cm tall.
Condition: Excellent condition. Small haircrack above crown, hardly noticeable.
