Item Description

A charming little eighteenth century spoon with elegant decoration, pleasing patina, and a really well-engraved crest. The maker's mark is very rubbed, but it is still just legible as that of John Lambe, one of a long line of specialist spoon makers. He was active from 1762 until he retired in 1794.
