Item Description

This is a fine example of a Georgian silver fish slice with the added bonus of being made in one of the best silversmith workshops of the period. The fish slice has a fiddle pattern handle with an excellent engraved crest of a stag to the front terminal. The blades is beautifully pierced and engraved with a swag of flowers and to one side is a raised lip to prevent slippage. This fish slice is in excellent condition throughout with a good patina and clear hallmarks.
