A superb and rare Georgian steel intaglio fob seal. "Ermine, on a fess argent, three escallops". Made for an unmarried Lady, heiress or widow.
Very finely engraved coat of arms.
The arms for INGRAM,blason "ermine on a fess gules three escallops". Mary Ingram 1748-1824 inherited Wolford Hall Warwickshire from her father.
