A delightfully tiny early 19th century armorial bookplate for Calverley.

The arms and motto are for Calverley of the Broad, co. Sussex and Ewell Castle, Epsom, Co.Surrey. This branch of the family is descended from Edmund Calverley, 3rd son of Walter Calverley of Calverley by his wife, Anne, daughter of Sir Christopher Danby, Knt.

Condition: Good

Framed in matt black.
