Edwyn Sherard Burnaby of Baggrave Hall, Leicestershire, late Gren. Guards, J.P, M.P., by his wife Louisa, d. of Sir Willougby Wolstan Dixie, 8th Bart of Bosworth Park; m. 1st Hon. Sybil Cholmondeley, only dau. of Hugh, 2nd Baron Delamere, by whom he had issue, Hugh Edwyn Burnaby, b.1897. Arms granted by College of Arms 1913.
