Item Description

This is a lovely useful set of forks, there were obviously three to start with and then later (1841) three more where added and they have remained together as a set since. They were made by a chap called Patrick Leonard who worked in Salford but were then hall marked in Sheffield. They would make ideal forks to eat with, either salad or cake, whichever way your preference goes!
The tines are slightly worn but there are lovely clear crests and marks.
